| That would be a Board and Committee decision. I have nothing to do with it. I have enough on my plate getting this off the ground right now. We do plan on having rodeos but mostly High School, College and regional rodeos. Buc Days Rodeo would be great but I have no idea what they want to do. |

Subject: Fairgrounds |
| No, the Texas Ranching Heritage Center is not and will not be affiliated with the Nueces County Fairgrounds. We are currently privately owned and operated. Our main goal will be the horse, farming, ranching and non-profit industry in the South Texas area, located on the Southside of town. We are not in competition with American Bank Center or Concrete Street for venues. With gas prices as high as they are we feel it is time for the city to have a park where families can go and have fun but not spend a fortune on gas. We are currently looking into making the Ranching Heritage Center and Green Space, as well. |

Subject: TRHC |
| I understand the Center is in the process of purchasing land and they still need money to finish purchasing the whole thing. I'm sure they would love a monetary boost from everyone at this point. It's all about the dollar right now and who is willing to step forward for this and help make history. Hope that helps! |

Subject: Horse Park |
| Ayers and Weber Road is the location of the 2500 acres of the park which will house the 500 acres of the Original Texas Ranching Heritage Center (not the Nueces County Heritage Center that we voted down and they shoved down our throats anyway, even though the County Commissioners knew this one had been in the works for 10 years) and Horse Park. Hope that answers your question... |

Subject: RE: HERITAGE CENTERS? |
| First, we are not a city or county group, we are privately run. We will be on the southside of Corpus, much closer to the entities our patrons have requested. Second, we did a lot of research to find the area that our patrons would want to go to. That was our primary objective for the first five of the ten years we have been working on this. Third, on cost, nothing is cheap, but we are trying to get the best quality Equestrian Center and Heritage Center possible. To many non-profits need this center to survive. As for the showbarn, this is YOUR tax money at work. Take a stand on it,do you want it there or not? It is your right as a tax payer in Nueces County. |

Subject: RE: showbarn??1 |
| As for the Nueces County Showbarn using the "Heritage Center" name, all I can say it is legally registered with the state and city to TRHC. So the answer would be NO! |

Subject: RE: Showbarn?? |
| Thank you Sam for this question. We don't compete with the Nueces County Showbarn. We are here for the non-profit groups that need a place to have their events without the high cost. And we are here for the everyday horseman, who wishes to stable thier horse at a place they can also practice at everyday, rain ors shine. As for the "Heritage Center" that we have been working on for 10 years, it will be many things as well, as a place to house our past, present and future. Hope this answers your question! |
